All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Shipping Locations
We offer shipping to customers within the United Arab Emirates. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the UAE at this time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Please note that the delivery time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number and link to track your package.
Delivery Address
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delivery delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged Items in Transport
